We are seeking a Dynamic Super Sales Star to lease apartments at our community in Dearborn, Fairlane Meadow Apartments. We currently have a full‑time position available. If you have a passion for customer service, can‑do attitude and a desire for growth, we are looking for you! We will pay up to $20/hr.
Applicants must be available to work weekends.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting existing and potential residents
- Showing and renting apartments
- Qualifying applicants
- Follow‑up with potential residents
- Preparation of lease packages and lease renewals
- Handling resident issues
- General clerical duties
- Social Media Management
- Great Customer Service to Prospects & Residents
