• Build genuine connections with fans to exceed individual and store sales goals.

• Display excellent product knowledge and build brand loyalty.
• Engage authentically to create lasting fan relationships beyond transactions.
• Maintain merchandising and retail operational standards for smooth store operations.
• Deliver on KPIs, be cross‑trained across store functions, and mentor peers while living our values:

• Other duties as assigned.

• At least one year of experience in a high‑performance sales environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills that convey care.
• Ability to charm and connect with people at all levels.
• Minimum age 18 with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Availability of 20+ hours per week; typical hours up to 12 per week, scaling to 21–30 during peak periods.

Hourly pay: $13.00 – $14.50 (commensurate with experience). Bonus potential, 401(k) plan, and product discounts available.
