Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

• Flexible and full‑time schedules between 9:30 am and 6:00 pm (weekends until 5:00 pm)

• Independently manage multiple locations, spending time inside and outside
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required

• Lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Walk and navigate facilities, spending up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks (sweeping/mopping interior areas, maintaining exterior grounds, curb appeal)

Experience: Successful candidates come from customer‑service‑centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies.

Transportation: Employees must have a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle to travel between work locations and/or conduct work‑related business. Mileage reimbursement available.
