Essential Functions:
Other responsibilities may be performed as needed to ensure the needs of the business are met.

- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proficient knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
- Retail store management experience or equivalent.
- Team‑motivating experience; ability to achieve goals collectively.
- Excellent multitasking, direction communication, and the ability to mentor and train associates.
- Flexible work schedule: willing to cover holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
- Basic computer skills.
- Regularly lift up to 40 lbs from floor to shoulder height with proper equipment and safety.
- Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
- Mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Knowledgeable in general retail practices for smooth operations.
- Team‑player with energy and enthusiasm to encourage coworkers.
- Multi‑tasking with a positive attitude, communicating management’s game plan.
- Mentory and training skills for associates.
- Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
