Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Perm Position Henry Ford Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our dedicated anesthesia care team. Key Responsibilities:

Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop personalized anesthesia care plans tailored to each patient. Administer anesthesia types including general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care in collaboration with surgeons and multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Continuously monitor patients during procedures, promptly identifying and managing any anesthesia-related complications. Provide effective post-anesthesia care, focusing on pain management and patient recovery. Maintain precise documentation adhering to hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Deliver anesthesia services to patients across all age groups, including pediatric and geriatric populations, and across ASA classifications. Manage airway, ventilation, and other critical support as required. Travel to, and provide coverage at, multiple ambulatory sites within the network, as needed. Collaborate with a team of over 40 CRNAs and 10 senior physicians across a variety of surgical specialties such as orthopedics, plastics, urology, gynecology, ophthalmology, pediatrics, endoscopy, and general surgeries.

Qualifications:

Certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) from the NBCRNA. Valid current certification; re-certification candidates with lapses are not eligible. Proven experience in a fast-paced outpatient ambulatory setting; recent graduates are not considered. Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to travel between multiple sites within the region. Candidate Preferences:
Open to H1B and J1 visa candidates. Candidates with a stable certification history and current practicing certification are preferred. Commitment to standard daytime schedules; not open to alternative shift arrangements. Candidates seeking long commutes (over one hour) or multiple jobs simultaneously may not be suitable. Practice Environment:
Our ambulatory surgery centers handle a broad scope of cases, including total joint replacements, plastic surgeries, sports medicine, urology, gynecology, ophthalmology, pediatrics, and endoscopy procedures. The environment emphasizes high-quality, efficient care delivered by a collaborative team. Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary commensurate with experience, with a starting hourly rate of $12.06. A $40,000 signing bonus.
