Corewell Health - - - Responsibilities:
Provide direct resident care under supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse;
Conduct walking rounds at the beginning of each shift and at least every two hours;
Assist residents with activities of daily living while maintaining privacy;
Assist with daily dental and oral care, baths, dressing, and hair and nail care;
Obtain vital signs and report changes to the nurse immediately
