Job Responsibilities:- Administer intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics to ensure patient comfort during surgical procedures.
- Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and document findings accurately.
- Collaborate with the anesthesia and surgical teams to establish effective intervention strategies.
- Provide timely airway management and intubations in various settings throughout the hospital.
- Lead professional practice and support the development of peers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining accurate documentation of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continue professional development.
- Educate patients and families on anesthesia processes and care requirements.
- Foster a positive workplace environment through respectful communication and teamwork.
- Utilize EMR (EPIC) to maintain accurate patient records.
- Board Certified by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA).
- Active Nursing and Specialty Licenses in Michigan.
- At least 2 years of CRNA experience (excluding RN or training).
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- Clean malpractice and license history.
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and team collaboration.
- Must hold a valid Michigan Nursing License and Specialty License.
- Up-to-date COVID-19 and flu vaccinations or willingness to comply.
- DEA registration must be obtained before employment start date.
- CSR/CDS registration must be obtained before employment start date.
