Position: Full‑time Clinician – Pediatric Outpatient

• Evaluate infants for plagiocephaly and other cranial or ear conditions.
• Fit and monitor DOC Band® and Ear Well® devices to reshape head and correct ear shapes.
• Develop and maintain trusting relationships with families throughout the treatment process.
• Collaborate with pediatricians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document treatment plans and progress with minimal paperwork.

• Licensed Registered Nurse, PT, OT, or Certified Prosthetist‑Orthotist with experience in infant or pediatric care.
• Background in pediatrics is required.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off‑the‑shelf devices is required.
• Strong communication, empathy, and problem‑solving skills.

• Visible, measurable results in 2–3 weeks.
• Traditional work week schedule with no overnight or weekend shifts.
