We are currently looking for a full‑time Clinician to join our team in Dearborn, MI.

This is an exciting opportunity to work outside of traditional orthotics in a niche, pediatric clinical outpatient setting exclusively with infants and their families.

As a Clinician you will treat infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band® and correct ear shapes with Ear Well®. Pediatricians and parents alike look to our Clinicians as experts in evaluation and treatment of plagiocephaly and related ear conditions. You will develop great relationships with families at every stage of their treatment process.

• PTs, OTs, RNs and Certified Orthotist‑Orthoptist/Prosthetists are all strong fits due to their knowledge of symmetry, infant development, hands‑on patient care, and orthotic experience.
• A background in pediatrics is preferred, but not required; a formal training program with mentoring is provided.
• We require a bilingual clinician in Arabic.
• Certified Orthotists only.
