• Assist in development and execution of full-funnel marketing campaigns targeted at commercial clients, including digital and traditional marketing efforts.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, build visibility to the competitive landscape, and understand client needs.
• Assist in marketing message development promoting commercial service offerings.
• Collaborate with the sales, operations, and communications team to support business efforts with targeted campaigns and promotional activities.
• Analyze campaign performance and report insights to improve future marketing strategies.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• 5 years of experience in data-driven performance marketing planning & execution, preferably within a Business-to-Business setting.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with a proven track record of owning key assignments and delivering results cross-functionally. Demonstrates proactive problem-solving and decision-making in independent tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Testing and iteration mindset—you're data-curious and always looking for ways to optimize performance.
• Creative and innovative mindset, comfortable generating and testing new ideas. Enjoys developing innovative marketing strategies in a dynamic, startup-like environment.
• Detail-oriented and organized, able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without dropping the ball.
• Team player and collaborator, excellent at coordinating cross-functional efforts and building relationships. Values the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the marketing vision.
