This position offers a top hourly rate of $44.155, plus shift, overtime, and holiday premiums. The starting rate is $43.955, with pay increases to the top rate after three months of employment.

Willingness to work on an assigned schedule, including shift changes, overtime, and longer hours, while maintaining good attendance. Ability to learn and follow safety rules, instructions, and procedures. Candidates must have completed a bona fide apprenticeship, or have 8 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of work experience and training. Experience with 3, 4 & 5-axis machining centers (Fadal, HAAS, Mazak, GROBB) is preferred. Skills in AUTOCAD, MASTERCAM, CNC programming, and blueprint reading are required. Successful completion of a job interview, drug screen, and physical is mandatory.
