Senior Product Manager for the ADVEV platform, responsible for orchestrating the delivery of customer‑centric software products for the next‑gen Electric Vehicle Platform. CV requires strategic vision, cross‑functional leadership and expertise in driving business capabilities and innovation.
- Develop and manage the product roadmap with Product and Engineering Managers.
- Convert roadmap into features and prioritize the product backlog.
- Lead agile ceremonies and champion best practices.
- Facilitate communication and alignment across teams and stakeholders.
- Oversee release planning, demos and issue resolution.
- Evaluate technical designs and loveseat manage risks.
- Define key metrics and monitor production issues proactively.
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field;
Master’s preferred. - 10+ years of experience with Jira, Confluence, Agile, Scrum, Lean, XP and Domain‑Driven Design.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and execute in fast‑paced environments.
- Automotive industry and 3DX experience are assets.
- Strong independent and collaborative skills.
