** The Impact You’ll Make**:
The end goal isn’t just building a report; it’s arming internal stakeholders with the clarity needed to make better business decisions. You will act as a "data translator"—taking vague business requirements and converting them into intuitive dashboard layouts and visualization components that allow users to reach insights instantly.

- ** Stakeholder Consultation**:
Partner closely with internal teams to understand their business needs, translating high-level questions into technical requirements and user-centric visualizations.

- ** Data Engineering Collaboration**:
Work hand-in-hand with Analytics Engineers to align on data requirements and design transformation pipelines within GCP (Big Query), handling complex business rules and high-volume clickstream data.

- ** Experience**: 5+ years of professional experience in data visualization and business intelligence.

- ** Power BI Expertise**:
Advanced proficiency in Power BI is mandatory, including expert-level DAX skills and experience with complex data modeling.

- ** Digital Analytics**:
Strong experience working with digital analytics data (e.g., Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics) and a solid understanding of e-commerce metrics.

- ** Cloud Data Warehousing**:
Hands-on experience with GCP services, specifically Big Query, and the ability to write/understand SQL.

- ** Analytical Thinking**:
Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguous requirements.

- ** Communication**:
Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- ** Agile Mindset**:
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
* Direct experience with Adobe Analytics implementation or reporting.
* Experience analyzing Clickstream data.
* Advanced SQL skills for data exploration and validation.
* Experience building/maintaining data transformation pipelines in GCP.
* Familiarity with Git Hub for version control.
* Experience using JIRA for project and task management.
