Test Lead / Automation Engineer

We are seeking a Test Lead / Automation Engineer to lead testing efforts for a scheduling platform. This role will oversee manual and automated testing, lead QA resources, and ensure high-quality software delivery in an Agile environment.

• Lead overall QA testing efforts, including strategy, planning, and execution.
• Develop and document detailed test cases based on functional and technical requirements.
• Design, develop, and execute Selenium automation scripts across web and mobile environments.
• Perform both manual and automated testing at the UI and API levels.
• Lead offshore QA resources supporting manual and automation testing.
• Manage defect triage and collaborate with development teams on resolution.
• Maintain test cases in Test Rail and create JIRA dashboards to track testing progress.
• Provide testing updates and reporting to project and business stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups and sprint activities.

• 5+ years of QA experience, including experience as a Test Lead.
• 2+ years of automation testing with Selenium.
• 2+ years of SQL experience.
• Experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.
• Programming experience with Java.
• Experience using JIRA and test management tools such as Test Rail.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Experience working across the full software development lifecycle.
