The IT Business Operations Analyst (Agency) works with the IS IT Business Operations Lead to organize, support and monitor the business operations and performance of the Industrial Systems IT team, a global IT organization of ~2000 employees. The analyst will assist in developing metrics, reports, presentations and communications that drive the team’s performance toward the Ford+ plan.

• Support operations of IS IT business activities.
• Assist stakeholders in developing monthly updates and metrics and consolidate them into required monthly reports.
• Support meetings for the Industrial System IT Leadership teams.
• Participate in developing executive updates, presentations, and organizational accomplishment communications.
• Publish and distribute communications to improve knowledge sharing across the enterprise.
• Assist IS IT team members and leadership in monitoring performance metrics and ensuring targets are on track.
• Support planning of quarterly leadership off‑sites and bi‑weekly strategic topic reviews.
• Help monitor activities and metrics on key IS IT initiatives, and engage team members when issues arise.

• Specialist experience in IT Business Operations.
• Experience coordinating, organizing, and hosting key meetings and events.
• Inclusive communication style and ability to collaborate across levels and functions.
• Experience developing internal communications for an IT leadership team.
• Demonstrated ability to support an IT leadership team in daily operations and achieving organizational objectives.
• Experience working cross‑functionally in a matrixed, multinational environment.
• Knowledge of Jira, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word), ad‑hoc reporting, budgeting, business analytics, data analysis, and dashboards.
• Ability to exhibit Ford+ behaviors and work diligently and ethically.

Required: Associate Degree.
Preferred: Associate Degree.
