We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee cross‑functional programs that support strategic business objectives. This role involves managing multiple interconnected projects, driving alignment across teams, minimizing risks, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, stakeholder management, and domain knowledge in IT and automotive/manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities- Define program goals, scope, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with organizational strategy.
- Lead planning and execution of multiple projects within the program.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure on‑time delivery of program outcomes.
- Track program performance, schedules, budgets, and KPIs.
- Identify, elevate, and mitigate program‑level risks and issues.
- Deliver executive‑level status updates and conduct regular stakeholder review meetings.
- Establish effective governance processes and reporting structures.
- Ensure alignment between business goals, project delivery, and change management initiatives.
- Promote collaboration across product, engineering, operations, and other functional teams.
- Mentor and support project managers and team members within the program.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Product Owner—preferably within automotive or manufacturing sectors.
- Experience working with or supporting contact centers and related operations.
- Knowledge of NICE/CXone contact center solutions.
- Proficiency with project management tools; JIRA experience strongly preferred.
- 3–5+ years managing complex IT programs with multiple work streams and resource coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to develop program strategies aligned to business and client objectives.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and financial industry regulations is a plus.
- PMP certification preferred; CISSP or CSM is a plus.
