IT Program Manager

Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with a technology-driven organization, is seeking a skilled Program Manager. This role is responsible for leading multiple complex initiatives across business units, coordinating delivery across development teams, and ensuring program-level visibility through metrics, risk management, and executive reporting.

• Manage 5–10 concurrent, large-scale initiatives across multiple teams and business units
• Coordinate cross-functional project delivery across development, infrastructure, and business stakeholders
• Track program performance through metrics, reporting, and risk management activities
• Facilitate alignment between project teams to ensure initiatives remain on schedule and within scope
• Identify, elevate, and mitigate program-level risks and dependencies
• Maintain program documentation, dashboards, and delivery visibility using project management tools
• Support rollout of system upgrades, vendor implementations, and strategic initiatives
• Contribute to program governance processes and status communication to leadership

• 5+ years of program management, including transformation experience
• Experience managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously (5–10 projects or work streams)
• Experience supporting organizational or technology transformation initiatives
• Experience coordinating work across multiple technical and business teams
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks
• Hands‑on experience with JIRA for project and workflow tracking
• Experience developing program metrics, status reporting, and risk analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Experience with  for project tracking or collaboration
• Experience using Mural for workshop facilitation or visual collaboration
• Exposure to infrastructure or application development environments
• Experience supporting vendor strategy or vendor implementation initiatives
• Exposure to financial tracking, budgeting, or program cost management
