• Infrastructure Management:
  Lead the full lifecycle of Axway BBi software, including complex installations, multi-node configurations, environment tuning, and seamless version upgrades / patching.
• Partner Onboarding and Support:
  Design, develop, and implement robust end-to-end integration workflows between Ford and its global partner ecosystem, ensuring high availability and data integrity.
• Operational Excellence:
  Identify and execute opportunities for process optimization. Develop automated monitoring and alerting solutions to improve system uptime and reduce manual intervention.
• Adherence to Security and Cross-functional Collaboration

Minimum + years of overall IT experience, including work in enterprise BB environments. Relevant BB IT certifications are required or strongly preferred.

• Years of hands‑on experience installing, configuring, and maintaining Axway BBi in an enterprise environment.
• + years of experience designing partner integrations leveraging a diverse range of protocols, specifically SFTP, OFTP, AS, ALE, and Web Services.
• + years of proficiency across the following technology stack:
  Operating Systems:
  Advanced UNIX / Linux administration and Windows Server management.
• Databases:
  Strong SQL skills (SQL Server / Oracle) for troubleshooting and reporting.
• Middleware:
  Experience with MQ Series or similar message‑queuing technologies.
• Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting to automate routine tasks and enhance system functionality.
• Data Standards:
  Deep understanding of EDI standards (X, EDIFACT, VDA) and data mapping transformations.
