• Assist in establishing Blockchain Center of Excellence - lead definition of environment
• Identify new ecosystem tools
• Match the use case to a specific Blockchain technology
• Develop and implement Blockchain POC(s) based on the use case identified
• Assist in creating POC's in Fintech areas such as Subscription Management, Frictionless payment processing etc.
• Assist in planning for future experimentation
• The experimentation may go in competencies other than Blockchain
• Communicate with Business partners to write functional specifications for a use case

• Working knowledge of Blockchain technologies such as Ripple, Ethereum, Hyperledger etc.
• Hands on experience in crypto currency, threat modeling, end-to-end security
• Ability to communicate effectively with Business partners and teach others

• Perform business analysis
• Able to teach others
• Knowledge of other Fintech areas such as Subscription Management, Frictionless payment etc.

• Minimum 5 experience in IT
• Minimum 2 experience in blockchain implementation

• Preferably college undergraduate degree
