We are looking for a detail-oriented UI Designer to join our product team, focusing on the evolution of our internal order fulfillment tools. In this role, you will be the bridge between complex business logic and intuitive user experiences. You will work closely with Product Owners to translate operational requirements into high‑fidelity, functional designs that empower our dealers to process orders more efficiently.

Qualifications

The minimum requirements we seek:

  • Bachelor's degree in a design-related field (e.g., User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Graphic Design) OR 5+ years of extensive experience in digital product design (UI/UX).
  • 5+ years of demonstrable experience in UI design, delivering projects from definition through execution and refinement.

Our preferred requirements:

  • Master's degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (e.g., Sociology, Anthropology, Psychology, Human Factors).
  • Expert-level proficiency with Figma (or similar design tools) for wire framing, prototyping, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Strong understanding and practical application of Interaction Design, Service Design, Design Excellence, and Information Architecture principles.
  • Proven ability to build consensus, influence stakeholders, and work effectively within dynamic cross-functional teams of designers, product managers, and engineers.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale, build relationships, and proactively engage with team members and leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate the value of product features, identify trade-offs, and deliver high-quality digital products that meet user and business needs.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing impactful UI design work across a variety of complex digital products or platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote and dynamic working environment, earning trust, maintaining positive relationships, and contributing to an inclusive culture.
