Overview
We are seeking a French-speaking Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Content Author to support the Ford and Lincoln of Canada digital ecosystem. The primary focus of this role is the translation and authoring of brand pages for the Canadian market. This is a generalist role that involves reviewing business requirements to determine authoring strategy and executing content updates. This position is focused on content orchestration and authoring;
it does not involve functional product coding or technical requirement definition.
- Translation & Localization:
Translate and adapt English brand content into French for Ford and Lincoln of Canada web properties, ensuring linguistic accuracy and brand consistency. - AEM Authoring:
Create, edit, and publish high-quality content within the AEM platform, including web pages, landing pages, and digital assets. - Requirement Analysis:
Review project requirements and wireframes to determine the best authoring approach and component usage (without performing functional product coding). - Generalist Support:
Perform ongoing content maintenance, quality control checks, and support larger website migration or launch projects as needed. - Stakeholder
Collaboration:
Work closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure content alignment with digital strategies for the Canadian market.
- Language:
Native-level or professional fluency in French Canadian and English (written and verbal). - Experience:
3+ years of experience in digital content authoring or as a Business Analyst (BA) with significant AEM hands-on experience. - Platform Knowledge:
Strong proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). - Education:
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- Formal Training:
Formal AEM certification or documented professional AEM training is a strong plus. - Analytical Background:
Experience as a BA who can bridge the gap between requirements and execution is highly valued. - Industry
Experience:
Previous experience in the Automotive or OEM sector. - Attention to Detail:
Exceptional quality control skills to ensure error-free French translations and page layouts.
Strong preference to work at Dearborn HQ on Tues, Wed and Thurs. However, remote candidates will be considered if a perfect match skillset of Native French Canadian language plus AEM Content Author. Working within other proprietary authoring systems to support Ford/Lincoln.
