Senior Specialist Embedded Dev Ops

Hybrid (4 days onsite)

We are seeking a Senior Specialist Embedded Dev Ops to serve as a senior technical authority responsible for designing, owning, and continuously improving enterprise-grade Dev Ops platforms on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform). This role focuses on cloud-native CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and containerized deployment strategies supporting multiple teams and environments.

This is a senior-level position requiring deep hands-on expertise, architectural decision-making ability, and proven experience operating production systems at scale.

• Own and evolve Dev Ops platforms across the full software lifecycle, from source control through production deployment
• Architect, deploy, and maintain high-availability Jenkins controllers and secure CI/CD pipelines
• Design and manage dynamic Jenkins build agents on Google Cloud Platform to optimize scalability and cost
• Build and maintain reusable Terraform modules to standardize infrastructure deployments
• Implement container build, versioning, and promotion strategies using Artifact Registry
• Improve deployment reliability, release velocity, and security through automation and Dev Sec Ops  practices
• Troubleshoot complex CI/CD, infrastructure, and cloud-runtime failures in production
• Act as a Dev Ops subject-matter expert and influence best practices across engineering teams

• Google Compute Engine: VM provisioning, debugging, image creation using Packer
• Google Cloud Platform Load Balancing: configuration, troubleshooting, and traffic optimization

• Jenkins: controller deployment & upgrades, plugin governance, secure pipeline design
• Dynamic build agents provisioning in Google Cloud Platform

• Terraform: modular reusable code, state & provider debugging, CI/CD integration

• Docker: container build, security, versioning, and deployment
• Artifact Registry: image lifecycle management and promotion across environments

• Git & Git Hub Actions

• Cloud Run: deployment, security, scaling, and debugging
• Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) & Helm deployments
• Advanced Google Cloud Platform networking and connectivity troubleshooting
• Dev Sec Ops , IAM hardening, and compliance-focused CI/CD

• 7+ years of Dev Ops or platform engineering experience
• Proven ownership of CI/CD platforms and cloud infrastructure in production environments
• Experience standardizing Dev Ops practices across teams
