In this position you will be leading a team involved in cross-enterprise initiatives and large‑scale vehicle and product launches driving Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Dev Sec Ops principles, culture, tools, and processes. We're not just building a product;
we're building a community of expertise and engagement.
- Implementing and maintaining new Continuous Integration tools and infrastructure.
- Understanding the changing needs of developers and translating them into action items.
- Creating new ways to automate and improve the Continuous Integration process.
- Testing and examining code written by others.
- Identifying technical problems and developing updates and fixes.
- Working with other teams in the organization to ensure adherence to our best practices.
- Setting up, maintaining, and optimizing pipelines (Jenkins/Git Hub Actions).
- Deploy updates and fixes as required to ensure Continuous Integration.
- Develop solutions to integrate with internal back‑end systems as needed.
- Perform root cause analysis of development and production build and pipeline issues.
- Develop automation to enhance current processes.
Develop new procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Microsoft Windows, Power Shell, Python, Linux, Git Hub, Jenkins, GCP, Cloud Infrastructure, Azure, Microsoft Azure.
- Microsoft Windows – 5+ Years.
- Power Shell – 0-2 Years.
- Python – 5+ Years.
- Linux – 5+ Years.
- Git Hub – 5+ Years.
- Jenkins – 5+ Years.
- GCP – 2+ Years.
- Cloud Infrastructure – 5+ Years.
- Microsoft Azure - 2+ Years.
- Senior Specialist, 7+ years in the relevant field.
- Experience 7+ years as a Dev Ops engineer or a similar software engineering role. Experience with embedded systems build and development process preferred. Team leadership experience highly preferred.
- Detail Oriented:
Must have high attention to detail. - Independent thinking and problem solving:
Be able to work independently, proactively seek out problems and find solutions. - A strong foundation in System Engineering and Administration.
