Ford is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Integration Specialist to contribute to the enablement of our foundational CRM capabilities. This role will focus on supporting the implementation of CRM technology, executing integration work, assisting with data enablement, and collaborating with legal and privacy teams to ensure compliance across CRM initiatives. The CRM Integration Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of data and functionality between CRM platforms and other critical systems, supporting the overall goal of providing a seamless customer experience.
A solid understanding of the end-to-end CRM process, familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud, and experience working within Agile methodologies are important for this role.
