Developer – Contract – Dearborn, MI (Hybrid)

Rate Range: $45/hour to $53/hour; the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git Hub Actions for automated build and deployment processes.
• Manage containerized applications with Kubernetes and Docker, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Ansible across cloud environments (primarily GCP).
• Ensure version control and configuration management by leveraging Git Hub and Clear Case/SVN for code and build artifacts.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, troubleshoot deployment issues, and maintain high availability of services.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate Dev Ops best practices and support embedded software development workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Dev Ops, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.
• Proven expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, GCP, Ansible, Terraform, Git Hub, Jenkins, and Python.
• Strong experience in configuration management tools and version control systems (Clear Case/SVN), with the ability to write scripts for automation.

Pay Details

$45.00 to $53.00 per hour
