Lead SAP EWM Consultant

Infosys is seeking a Lead SAP EWM Consultant in Dearborn, MI, USA. This role requires an expert that contributes to all phases of the consulting lifecycle, including business process consulting, problem definition, solution design, development, configuration, deployment, and client training. The consultant will guide teams on project processes, deliverables, proposal development, internal capability building, and detailed scope definition, enabling clients to meet evolving global needs.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education.
• At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship.
• Position requires travel and/or relocation.

• At least 7 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, and architecture/design of warehouse processes.
• At least 7 years of experience with SAP EWM and S/4
  
  HANA EWM package.
• Experience in development, configuration, solutions evaluation, validation, and deployment.
• Design SAP EWM solutions to meet client requirements.
• Perform SAP EWM system configuration, testing, and data conversion.
• Conduct meetings and workshops with clients.
• Work and liaise with offshore teams.
• Analyze SAP EWM functional requirements and perform business requirement discussions and solutioning.
• Perform SAP EWM configuration, testing, and create functional specifications.
• Participate in daily Agile meetings.
• Experience with decentralized SAP S/4 HANA SAP EWM.
• Understanding of SAP implementation methodologies.
• Interface handling with third‑party systems (IDOC, ALE, Flat File). Knowledge of SD, MM, and EWM integration.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Project and talent management experience.
• Desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
