Stefanini Group is hiring a Sr. Project Manager for the Hourly Timekeeping Modernization Project in Dearborn, MI (Onsite). The role requires a seasoned leader to drive execution and deliver results across the organization.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Hourly Timekeeping Modernization Project from initiation to completion.
- Oversee time, scope, dependencies, risks, changes, and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.
- Facilitate collaboration across teams and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide clear and concise updates to stakeholders, synthesizing complex information into actionable insights.
- Utilize Jira and Confluence for project tracking, documentation, and communication.
- Drive issue resolution and change management processes effectively.
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager on large-scale, complex projects.
- Strong ability to manage time, scope, dependencies, risks, changes, and issues.
- Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise updates.
- Experience in modernization or timekeeping systems projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bachelor's Degree
