Job Summary :
Judson Center is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). Therapist will provide community based behavioral health services to children and families in the school setting at a local Wayne County school.
Job Qualifications:
- Clinical experience, knowledge of best practices, evidence based practice models, trauma informed care, and co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders preferred.
- Knowledge of family therapy theories, treatment philosophies and strategies of services, as well as community resources.
- Provide school based brief therapy services to elementary, middle and high school students.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, medical doctors, or case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
- Participate in treatment team meetings and case reviews as needed to ensure the holistic care of clients.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology,
- State licensure in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology, full licensure preferred.
