Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team. We’re seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow your skills, receive specialized training, and truly connect with patients. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts scheduled during our hours of operation, 7am-7pm.

Your Role
  • Provide comprehensive patient care:
    Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, monitor patient responses, record psychiatric rating scales, and address patient discomfort.
  • Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping:
    Deliver empathetic care, maintain accurate EHR, manage scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.
  • Support operational efficiency:
    Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum Qualifications:

    High School Diploma or an Associate’s Degree, and/or an equivalent clinical certification, with significant relevant work experience in patient care or fast-paced in-person patient care or customer service roles.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field; and at least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience.
  • Technical & Clinical

    Skills:

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record systems (Advanced

    MD preferred). Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Knowledge of appropriate patient/provider boundaries. Knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines is a plus.
  • Physical & Other Requirements:
    Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided). Reliable transportation to travel between centers is required.
