• Work closely with your supervising PT to provide exceptional, individualized care
• Help residents improve strength, balance, and mobility
• Keep treatment fun and functional — your patients will thank you for it!
• Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff to create a truly integrated rehab approach
• Document your work clearly and efficiently (so you can focus more on people, not paperwork)

• Are a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Michigan (or eligible)
• Love working with older adults in a Skilled Nursing setting
• Have a positive, “let’s do this!” attitude
• Thrive in a team-oriented environment
