We are seeking an energetic and driven FP&A professional to join our Corporate Profit Analysis team.

This high‑impact role provides critical support to the CFO, and FP&A Director in a fast‑paced environment. As a Supervisor, you will gain significant exposure to strategic decision‑making and play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial path.

What You'll Do
  • Consolidates inputs from Segments, skill teams, GPO and summarise it for senior management reviews.
  • Lead role on ad‑hoc study / analysis based on requests (CFO, Investor relations, CMD, GLM etc.).
  • Prepare / Update Desk Procedures & all other internal requirements like MCRP etc.
  • Some preparation & maintain working files for Forecast / Business Plan and focus on process improvements and quality assurance.
  • More focus on interpreting complex data and identifying patterns to provide key highlights for decision making with lesser focus on recon & consolidation.
  • Drive simplification, elimination of waste and continuously look for / implement process improvements.
  • Understand unique processes followed by regions / skill teams (e.g. L&OH in Inventory, CO2 accounting, etc.) and challenge any non‑value‑added activities.
  • Understand and monitor complicated concepts like activity in Other Volume and Other OPE.
  • Team work planning (e.g. meeting setup) and communication with skill team / segment leadership.
  • Mastery and understanding of core Ford financial processes / reporting (IMPRS, Variance Reporting, Timing).
  • Focus and deep dive on volume related analysis and additional focus on inventory, wholesale, production movements across regions and segments.
  • Lead coordination and alignment of multiple teams to ensure total company view is understandable and explainable to senior leadership.
  • Act as gatekeeper to late overlays and changes and how to best handle without major disruptions / rework while maintaining alignment with all segments and skill teams.
  • Manage non‑EBIT items incl. cash flow, specials, legal entity profits, total company key physicals, and ROIC.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop Corporate instructions letter and drive its implementation through a clear timeline.
  • Lead the development of executive‑level slide decks for the consolidated Forecast and business plan, encompassing all skill teams and segments inputs.
  • Coordinate and share knowledge with segment FP&A teams to improve overall departmental knowledge and awareness.
You'll have
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or finance
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in working on a finance team, which includes at least 2 rotations.
  • Years of experience in an FP&A/consolidation role is plus
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience leading and developing processes for a specific financial workstream.
  • Experience in IMPRS, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint is plus
  • Strong financial, analytical and leadership skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, incl. tie points.
  • Phenomenal teammate with excellent communication and relationship skills.
  • Highly motivated and emotionally resilient.
  • Process oriented with a continuous improvement mentality.
  • Highly disciplined, yet highly flexible and adaptive to leadership needs
