Process Engineering

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Materials Science or related degree; or combination of equivalent experience and education.
• + years of manufacturing experience :
  Die Process, CAD Draw Development, Die Design, Die Construction and / or Tryout.
• Experience with stamping and machining processes.
• Must be capable of conducting early stamping process feasibility evaluations in an integrated CAD / CAE environment.
• Must be able to perform simulations of stamping processes for comprehensive formability and dimensional evaluation.
• Must support the die design sections.
• Must be fluent with at least one stamping process simulation software :
  Dyna, Autoform or Client Pam Stamp.
• Practical CAD experience, CATIA V and Team Center a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Tool & Die Journeyman's Card.
• + years of automotive manufacturing experience.
• Ability to support die try-out :
  Understand stamping dimensional errors and correction.
• Highly motivated self-starter capable of delivering objectives with minimal direct supervision.
• Experience in planning, implementation, and onsite launch of manufacturing systems.
• Proficiency in GD&T, part fixturing, holding datums, and tolerance stack-ups.
