We are seeking a highly driven Front & Rear Systems Design & Release Supervisor to lead engineering teams, deliver high-performance systems, and drive continuous improvement across quality, cost, and functional performance targets. This role is ideal for an engineering leader who excels in complex environments, thrives on cross‑functional collaboration, and consistently delivers measurable value in system design, program execution, cost optimization and quality delivery.

You'll have...

• BS in Mechanical Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in automotive engineering, TVM, and cost management.
• Proven success leading large engineering teams and delivering complex vehicle programs.
• Thorough knowledge of GPDS and proven skill of interpreting process deliverables for Front & Rear System Commodities.
• Demonstrated 8D problem solving skills.
