The Global Supply Chain Manager plays a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic global supply chain and sourcing initiatives for a critical portfolio of materials, components, and services within Power Train Controls, Vehicle Access, & Vehicle Controls. This position demands a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership capabilities, a proven track record in managing complex projects across diverse internal teams and external partners, and an unwavering commitment to driving significant transformational change within our supply chain.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a closely related field.
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in purchasing, supply chain management, or commodity management, with a proven track record of leading complex negotiations, driving innovation, and managing critical projects.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, diverse materials, and end-to-end global supply chain dynamics, including emerging technologies.
- Proficiency in advanced analytics platforms, strategic sourcing software, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

- Master's degree (e.g., MBA, MS in Supply Chain).
- Exceptional analytical, strategic problem-solving, and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to achieve favorable outcomes and foster innovation.
- Strong communication, compelling presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across all levels of the organization.

This position is hybrid. Candidates who are in commuting distance to a Ford hub location may be required to be onsite four or more days per week.
