As a Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor, you will lead a talented team of engineers, guiding us in the application of manufacturing principles to bring our innovative products to life. You'll be responsible for overseeing the team's efforts in ensuring our products are efficient and cost‑effectively producible. This role is perfect for a proven leader who thrives on solving complex challenges, developing team members, and driving continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
QualificationsYou'll have...
- B.S. Engineering–Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience or similar related technical field; or foreign equivalency degree, or a combination of equivalent experience and education
- 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering
- Proven ability to manage projects from concept to manufacturing launches.
- Experience leading, mentoring, and developing engineering teams.
- Understanding and practical application of Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies.
- Ability to implement manufacturing strategies, contributing to long‑term organizational goals.
- Ability to lead root cause analysis and implement strategic corrective actions.
- Proficiency in leveraging Virtual Manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Team Center, Vis mockup) for advanced analysis and process optimization.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Failure Mode Avoidance principles and supporting quality improvement initiatives.
- Ability to travel to support future program launch
