Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and highly technical PLM Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of our 3

DEXPERIENCE (3DX) platform ecosystem. In this role, you will be the primary architect for our Automotive Bill of Materials (BOM) management strategy, bridging the gap between engineering, manufacturing, and IT to ensure a “Single Source of Truth” for complex vehicle architectures.

• Define the end‑to‑end PLM architecture on the Dassault Systèmes 3
  
  DEXPERIENCE platform (cloud or on‑premise).
• Lead the strategy for BOM transformation, ensuring seamless synchronization between Engineering, Manufacturing, and Service BOMs.
• Architect solutions for Product Configuration and Variant Management for complex automotive option logic and 150% BOM structures.
• Design data models, schema changes, and interface specifications within ENOVIA.
• Oversee integration of 3DX with downstream systems such as ERP (SAP/Oracle) and legacy CAD environments (CATIA V5/V6).
• Develop migration strategies for transitioning legacy BOM data into the 3DX environment.
• Standardize change‑management processes (ECR/ECN) within the platform to ensure traceability across global engineering teams.
• Work closely with engineering and manufacturing leads to translate business requirements into scalable technical requirements and provide technical governance and mentorship to developers and system integrators.

• Platform Mastery:
  Minimum 7–10 years in PLM, with at least 5 years dedicated to the 3
  
  DEXPERIENCE platform (R2018x or higher).
• 3DX Modules:
  Deep knowledge of ENOVIA, Unified Architecture, and roles such as Product Construct Engineer and Variants Management.
• BOM Management:
  Proven experience managing multi‑level BOMs, configurable modules, and effectivity.
• Development
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in MQL, Java, POI, and web services (REST/SOAP) for 3DX customization and integration.
• Domain Knowledge:
  Strong understanding of automotive product development cycles and vehicle architecture.
• Configuration Logic:
  Experience with complex Boolean logic used in automotive marketing and engineering options.

12+ years in IT with 5+ years focused on 3

DEXPERIENCE, including experience with PLM architecture and BOM strategy.

Required: Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred: Master’s Degree
