Responsibilities- Work with Engineering and Program Management to set reliability goals at vehicle level and cascade goals to subsystems and components.
- Work with Engineering and Validation teams to create reliability test plans and evaluate results.
- Work with Quality teams to complete dFMEA and failure mode avoidance activities.
- Track and report reliability growth across programs.
- Coach and mentor entry‑level engineers and cross‑functional product teams.
- BS degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 2+ years of experience in reliability testing and statistical modeling.
- Optional – MS degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in Reliability, Quality, Testing or Product Engineering.
- Experience in manufacturing quality.
- 2–3 years of data analytics experience (Python, R‑Studio, SQL).
- Understanding of BEV/Hybrid/EREV.
- Experience with reliability modeling software – Relia Soft, Mini Tab, JMP.
- Strong Ford+ Behaviors.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
- Ability to develop clear working‑level documents and management presentations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Understanding of automotive parts and systems for teardown and root‑cause analysis.
- Willingness to travel to Ford and supplier locations domestically and abroad.
- Comfort and willingness to present to higher management.

Salary range: SG5‑SG8.
