We are looking for a Network Engineer in Dearborn, MI (Onsite). This role focuses on network operations and maintenance of global network infrastructure across various facilities.

This position is for a Customer Network Analyst (CNA) as a member of the Net Ops team.

• Monitor and maintain the performance of global network infrastructure, including LANs, WANs, and wireless systems.
• Respond to network incidents, performing root‑cause analysis and ensuring swift restoration of services.
• Assist in configuring and managing Software Defined Networks and enforce security policies across the network.
• Serve as a primary contact for customer inquiries, collaborating to understand needs and provide solutions.
• Maintain documentation of network configurations and generate performance reports for management review.

• 5 years’ hands‑on experience in design and operation of Cisco LAN/WAN/Wireless networks in a large enterprise environment.
• Sound understanding of Cisco infrastructure architecture (network, storage, and hosting).
• Tier‑2/3 support experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) environment.
• Advanced level troubleshooting skills in Cisco routers, switches, wireless, SD‑WAN and SD‑Access.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a passion for learning new technologies; skilled in grasping the big picture, conceptualizing, developing, and implementing solutions, and partnering closely with business leaders and IT business towers.
• Experience managing large global network infrastructure projects.

• IaaS, Coding, Scripting (APIs, Python, Go, etc.).
• Comfortable leading troubleshooting bridges with customers and vendors.
• Strong team player with multi‑tasking skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong documentation skills to develop knowledge‑based articles for the adoption of new technologies in Net Ops.

• Bachelor’s Degree.

Pay Range: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
