Location: World Headquarters, Dearborn, MI
Schedule: Onsite (1 remote day) Morning Shift
Pay Rate: $48/hr with 2 weeks PTO and the ability to opt into Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Contributions.

We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineering Engineer 1 to join the Information Systems team. This role focuses on building and operating IT hardware and software resources across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments to support internal customer needs. You’ll work on enterprise servers, virtualized environments, and advanced infrastructure solutions that enable secure, efficient, and scalable operations.

• Design, operate, and maintain enterprise servers, including mainframe systems (IBM/LPARS), high-performance computing, and hybrid/cloud systems.
• Implement and maintain infrastructure solutions such as data warehouses, identity access management, containerization, and on-demand scaling.
• Configure secure virtualized environments aligned with enterprise architecture blueprints.
• Monitor system performance and resource utilization (CPU, memory, storage, network traffic) to optimize efficiency and prevent cost overruns.
• Develop or enhance monitoring tools to ensure system security and performance.
• Advise architecture teams on capacity planning and future resource needs.

• Experience:
  • 2–4 years in IT
  • 2 years in development using at least one coding language or framework
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree
• Preferred:
  • Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to lead technical bridges with customers and vendors
  • Excellent documentation and problem-solving skills
