Wave Dental Specialists is a thriving,
multi‑specialty dental clinic located in Dearborn Heights, Michigan, conveniently connected next door to a busy general dentistry office. We are seeking a seasoned, motivated Dental Assistant with 3–5+ years of experience who is excited to grow and collaborate across multiple specialties.

Position OverviewAs a Multi‑Specialty Dental Assistant, you will float and assist as needed with:
- Pediatric Dentistry
- Orthodontics
- Prosthodontics
- Other dental specialties within the practice
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturdays: 2 Saturdays per month REQUIRED
, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM - Weekday off provided during the week when a Saturday is worked
You will work in a state‑of‑the‑art environment and play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care across specialties.
What We’re Looking For- 3–5+ years of dental assisting experience
- Comfortable floating between providers and specialties
- Strong clinical skills and adaptability
- Team‑oriented with a positive, professional attitude
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Experience with Open Dental, CBCT, and iTero (preferred)
- Willingness to learn and grow in a multi‑specialty setting
- Open Dental
- CBCT imaging
- iTero scanner

Requirements
Education and Training
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one‑year related experience and/or training or the equivalent of a combination of education and experience in the dental profession.
- Valid X‑ray certificate.
- Current license if CDA, RDA, or EFDA (per state requirements).
- CPR & first aid certificate.
FLSA Status: Hourly, Non‑Exempt
