Customer Service Rep, Office Administrator/ Coordinator
The Mobile Service Coordinator serves as a front-line representative for all of our mobile service experiences. Within this role the coordinator will schedule our mobile service van for appointments, answer incoming calls and text messages, and ensure a customer-friendly environment and an exceptional customer experience.
Essential Functions- Answers phone and text to schedule mobile van appointments
- Able to use Google accounts
- Outgoing personality
- Coordinate with the mobile service technicians
- Answer basic customer inquiries
- Serve as clerical and administrative back-up
- Travel in the field to promote and find new clients or accounts
- File and keep track of information
- Current valid driver’s license is required.
- Ability to commute/relocate:
Dearborn, MI 48124 – reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work. - Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
