Responsibilities

What you ll do...

  • Agile Project Management:
    Lead multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to closure, coordinating resources and ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget
  • Business Acumen and Analytics Prowess:
    Help scope and prioritize projects that drive the most business value; define and track KPIs and metrics to measure success and drive adoption
  • Comfort with Ambiguity:
    Gather, synthesize, and analysis unstructured information to identify patterns and trends; work on complex topics across supply chain categories and regions
  • Forward Thinking, Strategic Mindset:
    Proactively identify obstacles and produce actionable solutions that drive lasting organizational behavior change
  • Lean Management Principles:
    Incorporate lean management principles into approach to work
  • Relationship Building:
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

    Influence leaders and key decision-makers in adjacent organizations

Qualifications

You'll have...

  • Bachelor’s degree discipline in Project Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience in cross-functional, and matrixed organizations (e.g. PMO, strategy & business operations, management consulting, corporate strategy)
  • Proficiency using PowerPoint to create presentations that can be tailored to different audiences
  • Proficiency using Excel to create data analysis to inform storytelling (e.g., pivot tables, lookups)
  • Experience using Project Management tools and software (e.g. Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Project)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Even better, you may have...

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, operations, or related fields
  • Customer-centric mindset / prior experience in product management
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Alteryx, Ariba, SAP
  • Master’s degree in business administration, supply chain, engineering, or related field
  • PMP training / certification
