Position OverviewWe are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a key client of ours in the Metro-Detroit area. This role is responsible for auditing and processing invoices to ensure accurate and timely payments. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Audit and process invoices accurately and efficiently
- Enter and manage data in SAP
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and maintain accurate records
- Respond to vendor inquiries and provide support as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable preferred
- SAP experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
