Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Sales Manager located in Dearborn Heights, MI. The Retail Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading a team of sales associates, and driving store performance to meet or exceed sales targets. This role involves managing customer interactions, fostering exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Additional responsibilities include coaching and mentoring team members, analyzing sales performance, and implementing strategies to optimize results while maintaining adherence to company policies and values.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Retail Sales and Sales techniques, with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to cultivate a positive and engaging shopping environment
  • Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
  • Proven ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies for continuous improvement
  • High level of organization and multitasking skills to manage daily store operations efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
  • Previous experience in the retail or telecommunications industry is a plus
