Provide customer service to site employees, visitors, and/or contractors following Allied Universal security-related procedures;
Conduct regular and random patrols of office, lab, and data/telecom areas, and around the building perimeter;
Monitor access points and controlled areas, verify authorization for entry, and assist with visitor processing and badge protocols;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and notifying site leadership and/or public responders when required;
Complete routine reporting, maintain activity logs, and communicate status updates to supervisors and site contacts using required tools and systems
