Overnight Machine Operator - De Soto, KS

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the industrial production sector, is seeking an Overnight Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of ice cream containers and lids. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay: $19.74*
* ** Shift:
** 7pm - 7:30am, rotating 12-hour shifts (3 days one week, 4 days the next), every other weekend or Sun - Thur 11pm - 7:10am

** What's the Job?*
* + Operate and tend machines to produce ice cream containers and lids

+ Perform minor maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal operation

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization within the department

+ Follow all safety guidelines related to machine operation

+ Lift and handle ring stock rolls and cases weighing up to 50 lbs

** What's Needed?*
* + Experience operating industrial or consumer manufacturing machines

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Ability to perform minor machine maintenance

+ Strong attention to safety protocols

+ Willingness to work overnight shifts and rotating schedules

+ Ability to lift up to 50lb

+ Ability to have perfect attendance within the first 90 days

+ Strong work ethic
