Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and emails from customers promptly and direct inquiries to the appropriate department to ensure client satisfaction.
- Complete administrative tasks, such as filing paperwork and distributing office mail, to help our office run smoothly.
- Gather information from current and potential clients.
- Maintain insurance records and prepare documents.
- Update our database regularly to keep customer information current.
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience in the insurance industry with a Property & Casualty license is preferred. Familiarity with insurance terminology and the Ezlynx management system. Strong organization skills and a good work ethic are required.
