Warehouse Associate - De Pere Broadway, WI
Position Summary
This position is responsible for verifying that correct orders are loaded and unloaded in our refrigerated warehouse. Candidates must be able to bend, pick up, lift, carry, and transfer 50 lbs. of boxed product safely.
Essential Functions
- Complete customer orders & prepare for trailers, ensuring accuracy each time.
- Load & unload trailers in a timely manner in accordance with the Labor Management System.
- Verify all in & outbound loads are the correct size/quantity/product.
- Follow structured shipping & receiving process.
- Load LTL orders according with delivery.
- Receive & put away products in an accurate & efficient manner while staying within compliance of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Dispose of waste materials and by-products.
- Communicate potential problems or issues with leads and/or supervisors.
- Follow all safety policies & procedures.
- Consistently arrive at work and on time.
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse & work environment.
- Perform manual case picking, labeling, and cleaning as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor or coordinator.

Education
High School Diploma or equivalent; required.
Experience
- 1 year forklift experience.
- Warehouse Management System experience; a plus.
Skills & Abilities
Manual dexterity, physical stamina, attention to detail, communication skills, basic computer skills.
