Maintenance Technician​/Handyman – Property Maintenance

Easy Home Sale/MB Rentals is seeking a Maintenance Technician/Handyman in the Green Bay area to perform property maintenance and repair work across a portfolio of rental homes, short-term rentals (Airbnbs), commercial properties, and mini storage units.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in property maintenance, apartment maintenance, handyman work, or construction who enjoys solving problems and working on a wide variety of repair projects.

The Maintenance Technician will perform general building maintenance, plumbing repairs, electrical work, carpentry, appliance repair, drywall repair, and property turnover work to keep our properties safe, functional, and well-maintained.

• Perform general property maintenance and repair work across rental homes, Airbnbs, and storage properties.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, toilets, faucets, and drains.
• Complete basic electrical repairs such as outlets, switches, lighting, and fixtures.
• Perform drywall repair, painting, trim work, and carpentry tasks.
• Repair or install appliances, doors, cabinets, and fixtures.
• Maintain building systems, including doors, siding, fences, garages, and exterior structures.
• Prepare homes for new residents by completing maintenance turnovers and make‑ready repairs.
• Identify maintenance issues early and recommend solutions.
• Assist with property improvement projects and light renovations when needed.
• Maintain organized tools and materials while following safe work practices.

• Experience in maintenance, handyman work, or property maintenance.
• Ability to perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and repair work.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple repair tasks.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work.

• HVAC maintenance or repair experience.
• Appliance repair experience.
• Apartment or rental property maintenance experience.
• Construction, remodeling, or renovation background.
