US Tech Force is looking for an experience Heavy Duty Truck sales rep to join a great company in the De Pere – Fox valley area.
*** VALID CDL AND STATE SALES LICENSE IS REQUIRED***
Heavy Duty Truck Sales Responsibilities:
- Sell new and used medium- and heavy-duty trucks through retail and lease agreements to meet dealership sales and gross profit goals
- Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and digitally to identify business and operational needs
- Recommend appropriate commercial truck solutions based on customer applications, workload, and industry requirements
- Present vehicle specifications, performance features, and operational benefits clearly and accurately
- Promote and sell optional equipment and add-on packages to maximize customer value
- Conduct test drives in accordance with dealership policy and safety standards
- Manage the full sales process, including pricing, equity discussions, depreciation explanations, and closing
- Prepare and process all required sales documentation including sales orders, titles, insurance, and deal jackets
- Coordinate vehicle preparation and delivery; explain vehicle operation, warranties, and paperwork at delivery
- Perform consistent post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat and referral business
- Maintain and manage a sales prospect pipeline using dealership and OEM systems
- Coordinate dealer trades including vehicle pickup and delivery when required
- Utilize OEM platforms such as Spec Pro, Fusonet, DTNA Connect, and The Dash
- Attend sales meetings and training to stay current on product updates and industry changes
Heavy Duty Truck Sales Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in heavy-duty truck sales or commercial equipment sales
- Strong knowledge of the medium- and heavy-duty truck and trailer industry
- Understanding of federal and state regulations governing commercial vehicle sales
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong math and financial skills, including pricing, discounts, and financing concepts
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, contracts, and regulatory documents
- Proficient with computer systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
- Experience with OEM sales platforms preferred
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently
